To help you brainstorm, we put together this list of creative writing prompts to give you something to write about daily. It may sound odd, but writing about how you appreciate others, even if you never show anyone, actually makes you feel a lot better about yourself.
Take some time to peruse your medicine cabinet or the health and beauty aisles at a local store. Randomly flip to a page in a magazine and write using the first few words you see as an opening line.
Write a poem about spring flowers. Go through a fashion magazine or browse fashion websites online and write about a style you love. Close your eyes and imagine the kind of world you would like to see.
Write about an experience at the grocery store. Imagine living the day as someone else. How would you like to make this world a better place. What was a favorite hiding spot for you as a child playing hide-and-seek. Write about a dancer or a time you remember dancing.
Write about not being able to see ahead of you. Write about your 21st birthday. Write about where you like to go to escape from it all. Look at some motivational posters online and write a poem or journal entry inspired by your favorite one.

What character traits do you need to work on. Journal about a dream you remember. What did you do this week that moved you closer to reaching your goals. Or does the dream represent a fear or concern you need to address.
